Jim Lamm has renovated three apartments for myself and my wife. Two of them gut bathroom renovations, and the third a total apartment build out done to spec from a complete set of architectural plans. In every instance Jim has proven to us over and over again his total commitment to his work, and to us as his clients. He is meticulous, scrupulously honest, and he brings to his work an unstopable drive to see the work through to the most minute detail. He never once made an excuse, or saw a ""problem"" While several contractors told me there were parts of my projects that ""can't be done"" Jim was working on these item minutes after I explained what I wanted, he grasped it immediately, and just went to work. He does not see ""problems"" Only a job that needs to be done. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
