I am a long time customer of Crossroads Exxon of Cary. The owner, Mike, is a good personal friend. I have known him for at least fifteen years. I know nothing about car engines, but I have absolute faith in Mike as a mechanic, and I trust any recommendations he may have on what needs done to my vehicle.
I have had four or five vehicles serviced with Crossroads Exxon of Cary over the past eleven years. Mike is always on time, efficient I plan to continue to do business with him.
The key thing with Mike is I have complete trust in him. I know price-wise he is competitive. On a few rare occasions, I have done price comparisons with dealers, just to double-check, and his prices are always right on.
