Crossroads Exxon is excellent. After I had dropped my car off Crossroads took me to work and then brought the car to me when it was finished. They are very pleasant. They go above and beyond the call of what needs to be done for customer service.
I have been here for about 7 years and have been using them through that time. Their work is excellent. When I go there the shop has such a family atmosphere. It's not that you just go and work with one person. Mike and everyone else treats me like part of their family.
I feel like I can trust them because of how they treat me, their eye contact, and how they act. Though they do want your business, they are really there to help you. I can tell by the way they treat me that they are are looking for repeat business. Their customer service goes beyond what just needs to be done. I want to go there when I have a car issue, and it is the first place I always think of.
