Review content:
The company charges to much or its services. The company had my properties for a year, and lost money on both. In a tight economy, and hiring a management company, I was hoping for some cash flow from my rental properties. Every time I called the president of the company, I'd get the same response and promises. I didn't want promises, I wanted results. I terminated my contract with the company and moved to another firm. Already, I am experiencing a positive cash flow, something ""MDPM"" could not accomplish in nearly 13 months of services. I will not refer or do business with this company again.
