Review content:
We hired Matthew to review our SCorp papers that we had done by another firm. Our accountant alerted us that some things weren't correct and so we hired Matthew Mullhofer to ""fix"" all of the areas in our SCorp paperwork that needed correcting. The previous company we hired was a bit less but basically didn't do the job correctly. For a few pennies more than we originally paid we could have had this done correctly the first time and had no headaches. We'd definitely recommend his services.
