Review content:
The two brother's who own Cycle City should get out of the business! I've heard them both yelling at customers!! They accept bikes for service but give unrealistic dates and costs for completion. They act like they're the only business in town. When you call to get the status of your bike (in for service) they say ""we've got alot of bikes in here, we'll get to it when we can"" Three wks after they said my bike would be done, I was still told this! Employees stand around talking to eachother when customers are in front of them waiting for assistance. The Sales Dept has a Wish List for new and used bikes. I've put my name on it 2 yrs in a row, looking for a ""cruiser"" style bike and have yet to receive a call! They're not RARE!! They've lost my business for my bike(s) needs.
Pros: Short-tempered owners, Slow service/repairs, No Customer service
Cons: Ignore customer needs, Excuses not service, Major ATTITUDES!!
