This place is a scam. The manager Mr. Washington comes and goes in the apartments as if they are his own, moving things around, leaving notes while you are out. He kept $200 deposit for cleaning and a new toaster which is totally ridiculous. He is rude, and lies about the state of the apartment so he can keep the money. This is not only illegal but also morally wrong. Wouldn't mail a blanket that had been left there. I would never suggest this place to anyone. You are only allowed air conditioner at 74%, and are not allowed to use it when you are not there, and these apts. are hot, hot, hot. Apts. are old and tacky, never had a remote for DVD, which he accused my daughter of stealing, and lying about. He should be prosecuted.
