I came home on a Friday evening to find my freezer had been thawing out all day and water was everywhere. I called first thing Saturday morning. Moore & Moore is my local store right here in West View so i wanted to use a local person. I got the answering service at 8:30a.m. which I thought was fine. She said she would pass along the message and they would call after 9a. I waited until 10a and called. The receptionist said that she ""just must not have gotten that message yet."" and well, didn't have anyone and I'd have to take an appointment on Tuesday. When I mentioned that that meant I would lose everything in my freezer, and I asked for a referral to someone who might come out, she of course was no help. I had used this company once for a dryer repair, but I guarantee I will never use them again in any way.
