I purchased a home. My realtor told me I had to use her title company. I agreed with her, then I found out after closing she received a gift at closing from her title agent. All I received was high fees and last minute change in the amount of money I owed at closing. Could it have been the extra fees I paid that went to my realtor. I blame keystone closing services. I should have received my accurate figures on a cash transaction priorbto the night before closing.
