My second experience was with Freds today, The first was a few days ago over the phone. I had questions regarding hooking up a subwoofer to a much older amp. The guy was as patient and helpful as anyone could be. I am someone who is not so knowledgable about alot of this. He suggested a couple of things so I decided as helpful as he was I would drive from Aloha to get whatever I needed to get my project done.\r
When I walked in I was afraid that I would be grunted at and receive no help at all. However when I walked up to what seemed like the middle counter. I was greeted by a very friendly man that was more than willing too help. He went out of his way to help educate me. Did he talk over my head, Yes a few times. Was he willing to explain when I needed it, Yes again. I walked out of that store spending under $20.00 and expected to have spent much more and got done what needed to be done.\r
