Review content:
Everyone in Portland should go to Cafe Mingo at least once. it reminds me of NYC style crowded bistros. it is all class all the way, high priced but well worth it. You wait in line while people pass your drinks to you from the bar..fire-line style. You sit at community tables which is fun and they have some romantic ones but hey lets face it the place is tiny and the food is LARGE..go for the food learn to love the ambiance..it is great once in a while to get out of the safety of your big comfy booth.
Pros: oozing style, fun and different great great food fabulous wine selection
Cons: the wait time can be a while and if you are out in the rain it isnt very fun
