THESE ARE THE MOST NASTIEST PROJECTS THEY CALL THE APARTMENTS BUT WE KNOW THEY ARE ALL PROJECTS WHEN THEY ARE LOW INCOME. THE MOST DIRTY SNITCH PEOPLE LIVE UP HERE! THE MANAGER HARASSES CERTAIN PEOPLE WHOEVER HE FEELS LIKE PICKING ON! I WOULDNT LET A DAMN ANIMAL LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS! THEY DONT WANT KIDS OR ANYTHING WRITING WITH SIDEWALK CHALK OUTSIDE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE GOES ON UP IN HERE! JUST PUT IT THIS WAY TOOOOOO MUCH ,HARASSMENT,AND EVEYRTHING GOES ON IN THESE PROJECTS! FROM SNITCHIN TENATS TO HARASSING MANAGER,AND MATIENENCE!
