This shop is a little different in that they don't just put in a rebuilt transmission, they rebuild transmissions. To me, this means they know more about transmissions than other shops. \r

I researched lots of transmission shops on the internet and decided to take my 2002 Ford Explorer here. Since I had a warning light on the dash, they read the codes (7 of them) and also took it for a test drive.\r

They delivered on time and just a little over the estimate. I believe the Ford parts were a little more spendy than anticipated. They invited me into the shop to see the disassembled transmission and specifically the over drive which was completely cracked and shattered. After 15 days they reinspected the work, took it for another test drive and completed the nationally accepted warrenty.\r
