This is one hotel that should invest in some serious insulation! At first we are pleased with the over all look of room for the price and were happy then even though comfortable the bed was out of level forcing you to fight for a good night sleep then when you ad listening to the people in the room above us puke for several minutes upon entry into thier room but then listen to the apparently unattended children in room above crying while the adults above are hacking thier lungs out. And we even had ear plugs in. Then while using the restroom before my shower in the morning i noticed what appeared to be blood? In the grout at the corners of the curb and in the pitts of the travertine shower floor. ( i pay attention to these things since it is my trade). Was too NASTY we could not use the shower we filled out complaint form and left for home. As for staff seemed pleasent however the young blonde girl at the front desk must have lost our complaint form. I assume this since we were not contacted by management as requested on form. There are lots of nice hotels in the Dalles find one of those. And yes we were in the ""new addition"". \r
