Not the best service. The people are not very knowledgable about guitars. They treat you rudely and like you might touch something before asking, your basically offended as soon as you walk in the door when told not to touch before you've even started looking. I had $2,000.00 in my pocket.. own my own business and do very well and was treated like a dirtbag in this store. I was watched like I was some kind of criminal.. PR is lousy and service and salsemanship are non-existant.\r
Most guitars in the store were cheaper models anyway and not of the high quality a real serious musician might want... if you dont mind being under constant scrutiny while shopping then head on in but be ready to be offended!\r
After 30 years of guitar playing and many many high quality instruments bought and sold I take it as an insult as a musician and a customer to be treated like I was in this store. I certainly know the rules of handling a guitar by now! I recomend going somewhere else like Musicians Friend or another local friendly store!
Pros: I couldnt find any!
Cons: For a music store its the absolute worst. As a business owner and musician both I can say, PR and customer service stinks! You wont get treated with any respect or dignity and you better not touch!
