My daughter just bought a used guitar this weekend and it was missing a screw from the tremolo. I called all over town and everyone recommended Bryan's House of Music. I was a little worried about going there after reading the reviews on here.\r

I am extremely pleased to report that I could not have found a nicer, more competent guy than Bryan. Not only did he take the time to find the screw I needed for our Fernandes guitar, but he spent the time to go over the condition of the guitar, adjusted the neck and even tuned it for us. \r

He was an extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful guy. We just couldn't have been happier. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but after all the bad press this guy was getting, I felt I owed to him. Thanks Bryan!\r
Pros: Huge selection of guitars and accessories. Probably the largest in Bend.
Cons: I honestly experienced nothing but professionalism and couldn't find any.
