Bryan is very knowledgeable and allowed me to play different guitars to my hearts content, I spent several days bugging him and playing before making a decision. Donna was extremely helpful in helping me decide on some accessories to go with my new purchase.
Their pricing is ""right on"" and I don't have to ""send"" it back to the manufacture if I have a problem.
I don't get some of the other negative comments. Treat them with respect, put your ego away, and they'll bend over backwards for you.
Pros: Large selection of instruments and accessories. Very helpful
