So i was employed with this company for a while and while i was there i saw some not so great things. First off they treat their employees with no respect and if you are not a upper manager, then your opinion is worthless. They make you work long hours and don't compensate you enough for them. Always check your paycheck. Please keep in mind that i was not fired from this job, I QUIT!
All the people at the office gossip about ALL the staff at all the houses. They say some really horrid things about people. They fight ALL unemployment even if you deserve it, and will lie to the people at the unemployment office.
not only that, they do NOT treat their clients with respect or dignity. i will never send any loved one to their group homes. I have seen people get left in cars, people being yelled at, people being locked in bedrooms, people not getting enough to eat and missing medication.
Some of the staff are very good people but they are always treated like cattle. I would never recommend this place to anyone either looking for a job or to place a loved one!
