Ace was terrible! I am only giving them one star because nothing was damaged. I ended spending $600 and wasting 10 hours of my day on these movers. A representative from the company came and looked at all my things and quoted me at 7 hrs. I thought that was way too much time for a single person with no kids. When I asked why so long he assured me he just wanted to aim high and that it would take no longer than 5 hrs. I see now I was only told this to so I could sign my name on the dotted line. I called several companies and Ace had the cheapest rate. I now see why. I would not reccommend these movers to my worst enemy.
