Review content:
I bought a deadbolt which was subsequently discontinued because of bad lock design. It froze up. I called before work and only had 1 1/2 hours to get it fixed and they got a guy over very quickly. Unfortunately, the lock was beyond repair. He only charged me a trip charge. A couple of days later, I got another deadbolt and had trouble installing it. I took it to the shop and they showed me where I was going wrong and told me how to install. Didn't charge me anything and gave me a couple of keys. Worked like a charm. Five minutes after getting home, I finally had a deadbolt that worked. Very friendly and professional. Will come back next time.
