Review content:
We had wood floors installed in our kitchen and kitchen nook. The work was good but what was HORRIBLE was the customer service. They pushed little ""services"" like moving our fridge and stove and when we said we would do that ourselves they increased the price of the work. When I complained to our salesman and said it felt like bait and switch the office manager became VERY rude to me. Also, I asked for a revised contract after I told him that we would move the appliances ourselves and the salesman refused to give one to me. Later the office mgr told me to sign the original contract. I said I would be happy to sign the revised contract but I will not sign one that is not what I agreed to. I asked her to please send me the correct, updated contract and she did not. I was very glad that the work was finished properly, but then again they subcontracted the work so the workers were much more professional and kind. So, workmanship was good, customer service was horrible. If you don't mind being screwed on pricing and not getting correct contracts then this might not be an issue for you. But I think this might all be a moot point as it appears that they are out of business. At the very least they are no longer at the Murrayhill location where they had been for years.
