Called and scheduled service for Porsche to occur while I was out of town. As requested before dropping off my car I called to ensure they were ""prepared to receive"" me—I got their voice mail. When I arrived no one greeted me. The place was empty--zero customers--ZERO customer service. I had to go to an office and request assistance. As it turns out the Service person I called was off that day (no mention of this on their voice mail). The individual that did assist me initially provided good service and follow up that day and the next however, additional follow up (which was committed by them and needed) did not occur. I had to call 4X (each time leaving voice mail messages) until I reached someone in service to get a disposition on my vehicle. My calls spanned throughout the day (8 am - 3:30 pm). Worst of all I had to have the receptionist call/page the Service department multiple times and waited on hold while someone was located. Did I mention I left the car for 4 days? The work was to take only one day. I scheduled to pick up the car on Saturday at Audi (which is available for those that travel during the week). When I walked in there were no customers at all in the building or on the property (it was just after they opened so that may explain the lack of customers). There must have been 10 sales reps on the floor--each one looked at me as I entered and continued on gabbing with their fellow Sales reps. ZERO customer service--AGAIN! Even the receptionist was involved in the sales gab and unresponsive to a customer entering the facility. Once again I had to ask for assistance. Did I miss something about customer service and greeting the customer? Does Sunset Imports really know what perception they convey to the customer? My impression is the staff at this business is arrogant and certainly does not need my business to survive. My guess is business must be good at Sunset Imports. I hope your experience is better than mine. Good luck. Pros: Solid technicians in the service department Cons: Poor customer service and an arrogant sales team
