Review content:
I worked for Stinchcomb for a few years. Never in my life have I seen a company run so poorly. The entire staff made up of nothing but friends and family, which would be fine if they had any business sense but they don't. When you have your former babysitter as a manager who seems to only yell and talk down to everyone, you have a problem. Constant promises of bonus plans and big parties never pan out. 70 hour workweek is expected as a minimum, no joke. The sad part is, I still enjoyed the job, but after years of service they let me go with a form letter, were not man enough to talk to me face to face, just a letter in the mail. If you are looking for work, I would pass unless you are looking for short term employment because the will stab you in the back. If you are looking to do business with them, don't. They are chained to Home Depot and their sad sack of a ""buyer"" Suds. When he says jump, they will say how high and you will end up with the short end of the stick. They have pulled smaller companies orders in the past to fulfill Home Depots needs. They only care about the Home Depot account and nothing else.
Pros: Work Alone
Cons: Every business aspect
