When we contacted the pet store, the asst. manager said that our vet did not know what they were talking about. Our new family member has a hard time walking and will take several months to recover any muscle tone he lost while being constantly trapped in this cage. He can't play with our son's due to his weakened condition. I would not recommend purchasing an animal from this store. It is illeagle to sell a dog with kennel cough but these people actually put it on the warranty form. We purchased our dog at ""reduced price"". They said that if we didn't purchase him, they would send him back to the breeder. No compassion, non caring people.
