Review content:
The apartment are own by the MENLO family. They are very thrifty, in that they let repairs and maintenance go for months until tenant often moves out before they get around to correcting problem. Owner patriarch has been sentenced to stay in some of his own slum apartments and is no longer allowed to manage the company's day-to-day affairs.
The complex is well known to the Torrance Police for its large number of La Rana Gang Members, as well as the high percentage of illegal aliens, methamphetamine users, and other criminal elements residing there.
The grounds are so filthy that it smells. The garbage is at such a level that at night, one can see 1000s, literally 1000s of roaches running around the property so that you hear the crunch crunch crunch under your feet as you walk!
What ever great offer that they give you to move it, they will likely break for some reason or another. The famous one is the FREE ONE MONTH RENT after 12 Paid Months. When the 13th month comes, they will find a lame excuse to deny you of your free month's rent.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
Pros: Low Cost and Still in REAL Torrance (Not LA Strip)
Cons: Filthy, Run Down, Roaches, Gang Infested, Crooked Managment
