I went to Strings for the first time tonight, and was blown away by every aspect of my evening. Every staff member from the hostess to the wait staff and bussers, especially the manager, were concerned with everything being perfect, which it was. The service was outstanding, bread at the beginning was full of flavor, and everything on the menu looked great. I have the pasta special for the night and my date had Sea Bass, and both were out of this world. The prices are much lower than you would expect for being listed as a 4$ establishment, but the service and quality exceed that of restaurants where I would pay twice as much. I am mad I didn't find this place before. I will return and continue to spread the word about my new favorite restaurant.
Pros: Wonderful Flavors, Outstanding Staff, Desserts!
