Strings is perfect for entertaining out of town guests, good friends, or just a special dinner for the two of you. The food is superb, the wine list is one of the best in denver, the desserts are perfectly paired with after-dinner cordials. The service is attentive, but not stuffy. The ambience suits shorts or, well, suits. Explore new restaurants, try the latest food craze, but you will come back here for reliably the best and most consistent dining experience. And Noel and Tammy do it all for the love of serving their guests and to support too many causes and people to count.
