We were one of the many 7-7-07 weddings, and had a wonderful experience with Das Meyer. The cake was worth every penny. We were able to sample several weekends until we finally decided on the three flavors we liked the most. Each time we tested the cake, they offered us water, and/or complimentary coffee, often times space was crowded, but they still made you feel important even with the volume of people there. We had a very sweet person who assisted us with our order going over all of our options with color, design and decoration. We went with fresh flowers delivered from our florist for the cake topper and cascading flowers down the front and sides. It was the most beautiful cake ever. The cake was so well received that there were not any left overs at our wedding! It was the cake of our dreams. The flavors we chose were chocolate baileys, berries in a cloud and cookis and creme. Honestly it was a hard decision as all of their flavors are just fantastic. The cake was a high priced item, but when you're planning a wedding most things are! But it completed the special day, and I don't regret for a second chosing them. We are definately looking forward to our complimentary anniversary cake this year, we know that it will bring back special memories that cake brought us for our wedding. I highly recommend Das Meyer.
