Review content:
One of the worst customer service shops there is. You take in the part needed and model number of unit and they can't even tell you what part you need. Also they will give you a date for a part that you paid for to come in and it will not come in on that date. Was told my part would be in two days ago and still has not been received. They advise that they can not track the order it is shipped via UPS. I sopke with UPS and they said EVERY package they ship has a tracking number and can be tracked talk about some LAZY customer service not tracking an order per a customers request when they were told order was already supposed to have arrived. Do not go to Carr's Chain Reaction if you want to have service with your purchase.
