In contrast to the last comments.. i have been very thrilled for 8 years and running. Sure there is the occational error...ie brought in some winter wardrobe that smelled of mildew and had to bring it in a second time b/c the problem wasnt solved or a stain that was missed. But overall you cant go better. They remember that if you choose NO BAGS for a cleaning..they actually remember. They were the first to bring this process to the market and it shows. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is b/c I hate going in general.
