I went in looking for a megaphone today. When I walked in the employee just looked at me with a blank stare. The store manager was with a customer. I was shown two different prices for their megaphones. One price was $99.99 the other was $39.99. I said I'll take the one for $39.99. When he rings me up he says $108. I said no, I want the one for $40 bucks. The store manager stops and looks on the shelf. And does not see the one on the shelf. ""I'll have to check it"" So I wait about 10 minutes for a retarded store manager finish with the only other customer in the store. The phone rings and she asks the other employee if he knows how to answer the phone. He says no. She goes in the back and brings out totally different product and tries to ring me up. ""That's not even a megaphone"" I said. She says nothing to me and then answers the phone. I walked out. Is there a such thing as customer service anymore? Not at the Radio Shack in Elk Grove. If your a store manager, you should act like it.
