NO stars. I was treated very inappropriately by one of the staff during a time I was emotionally compromised and when i attempted to make it known to management at Scotts and also their corporate office what had been done to me, I was completely ignored, even despite the fact this action resulted in several years of ongoing confusion for me and further mistreatment directed at me by other staff at this restaurant. I work for a company that deals with insurance companies trying to get medical claims paid--I have dealt in my time with many indifferent, rude or uncaring people, but nothing has compared to the complete and total lack of concern for my well being demonstrated by both this restaurant and their corporate office, the utter disregard for the safety and comfort of a loyal paying guest. About Scotts I will say nice place to visit, but this is not a place that cares beyond how much money is in your pocket how you are made to feel by their staff, or what inappropriate unprofessional treatment might be directed at you.
