Review content:
One of the reasons for using Moegenburg was he said in an email he could complete the appraisal in 3 weeks, it took him 2 months. Also, many errors in the appraisal, when told about them in email, he just refused to return calls. Very unprofessional, don't let your bank use them. I will give anyone who wants to confirm the errors in my appraisal a copy of it. Email pontresina@aol dot com for proof.
