We went to dinner there, when the food arrived all was well until we found a hair in one of our chicken fried steaks. The manager was not too apologetic about it, however she did not charge us for the chicken fried steak. We were not satisfied with the reactions of the staff and only being credited for one meal. The rest of the group could not continue eating because we were all grossed out due to the hair, so we left more than half of our food on our plates and were still charged! I would have like to have been offered something more. They offered us a new chicken fried steak, but who can eat when you find a hair in your food. After we left I called the manager and she said that she did what she thought was right and then offered a gift certificate to Riverpoint at that time - we are very unhappy with the fact that she did not offer anything like that at the time when this happened. We will never go there again!!!
