Bistro 215 consistently takes my dining experience to the next level. I've been many times, and have been waited on by a number of different servers. What I like most about 215 aside from the food, wine, and atmosphere is the staff that treats me like a long lost friend every time I walk through the door (which is getting more frequent, I must admit). Maybe I have a bit of an ego, but if a staff member remembers me and acknowledges me, I am 110% more likely to return to that establishment. \r \r The food is always delicious and hot, and my glass is always full. The lunch Rib Rolls are FANTASTIC and one of my new weaknesses. Get an extra side of au jus and horseradish sauce for this amazing sandwich experience. I love the Salmon Oscar, too, for a more formal meal. It's a house special you can always get, served with flavorful asparagus and delicious rice (did I mention the asparagus was full of flavor?). The ribs are always mouth-watering, and the meat really does fall right off the bone. The mocha chip pie is addictive.\r \r They have a wine social the first Friday of every month. I've been to a few and it's an event you don't want to miss. The crowd is hip, the wine is EXCELLENT, and when the weather is nice, I love to sit on the patio, sip wine & catch up with friends! It's from 10pm until 1am, and the cost is $15.\r \r I might have seen ""isoms"" or ""fab123456"" dining at Bistro 215 before... if not, I know their type. They complain about everything, and usually so they can walk out the door with a free meal (and then complain even with that!). I always tip my waitress well over the accepted 20 percent to make up for the jerks some of them put up with. The good thing about bad waiters (they do exist, I'm not denying that!) is that they don't last long. I waited tables in college. You can't pay the bills when you don't make excellent tips, and you don't get good tips if you aren't a good server. \r \r Try Bistro 215 for yourself. You won't be sorry! Pros: fun waitstaff, attractive bar, complimentary valet Cons: no live music, except a jazz band on Sundays
