I've been to Bistro twice; after my first expereince I swore I'd never go back, but after recent staff changes and a new chef, I thought I'd give them a second chance. Boy was that a bad idea. Both times the service has been horrible, we waited 20 minutes for 3 appetizers one night. My steak was not undercooked, but still ice cold in the middle. The new general manager is as pretentious and unaproachable as anyone I've ever spoken to in a restaurant. He's got a real holier than thou sense to him. Bad service, decent food if they can cook it right, and a terrible, terrible management staff. Stay away.
Pros: Tons of empty seats
Cons: No parking, Bad Service, Terrible food
