This was my third shopping experience with this company and I have never been disappointed. I just purchased a new bedroom set and I absolutely love it! I have bought from Key and 4 other stores over the last 6 years and this is the only company that has made my furniture shopping experience pleasurable. The sales person I worked with this time was very professional, knew how to recommend the right pieces and set for us, the delivery guys were so courteous, and my sales person Effie called me to thank us and make sure we were happy. The last set I purchased from Key Home was a sectional I custom ordered, and I had to get new new cushions after about 2 years. I called their customer service and they ordered me the cushions right away without a problem at all no charge to me. After shopping several stores and having poor service at most, I would highly recommend Key Home to anyone! I will definitely go back to Key Home!
