Review content:
We purchased a couch from Key Home furniture. It was scheduled to arrive in 6 weeks. Six weeks passed and we called to check on our order and were told the staff would check on our order. We never received a call back. We called again to check on our overpriced couch and were told that the manufacture ran out of fabric. Eight weeks later we were finally able to schedule a delivery. They were hours late. When the delivery men (read goons) started unloading the truck they were giving us blue cushions. We ordered a brown couch. We were told that they just packed the wrong throw pillows and that they would replace them. When they unloaded the couch and put it in our living room, it was brown, but it was not the couch we ordered. I told them this was not our couch and that it had to be returned. The refused. I told them I will file a complaint with my credit card and have the funds reversed. The threatened to call the police on me over and over. They continued to threaten me until I was so frustrated; I called the police to ask advice. How embarrassing to bother the police over something like this. They did say it was a civil issue and I could call the cc company. The movers kept talking about felonies and criminal records - Until my large, yet sweet husband showed up. The staff was condescending and rude, they even began to accuse us of being the rude ones and told us we didn?t know what we ordered. We are out a large amount of money. Every time I see that horrible commercial with the weasel owner Ty on it I become nauseated. Stay away, Thomasville just opened across the street.
