For Legal Reasoning The Following is Opinion Only
I worked for this ""company"" for 13 yrs, and, in my opinion watched it go from ok to the worst consumer ripoff I had ever worked for. I have many times seen owner Chris Obradovits inflate customers billing hours, and even charge customers for services which were never performed. I witnessed aircraft being delivered to its owner as complete, while business owner Chris Obradovits had full knowledge that it was not as promised, and did not function correctly. I and the other employee spent sometimes hours taking and relaying bill collectors calls to owner Chris Obradovits, who never or rarely returned the calls. None of our Vendors were getting payment unless we were again needing their product. In my opinion Chris Obradovits is a fast talking salesman who can be very believable, but is also a habitual liar and sociopath who has taken advantage of everyone he could, including his ""good friend""s. In my thirteen years experience with Chris Obradovits I have learned that he very likely has no true friends, only potentials for some form of financial gain. Disgruntled ex-employee here? you bet. He looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and lied thru his teeth. Shortly after he ripped me off for 14 days of paid vacation he had allowed me to accrue over the last few years (verbal agreement of course) Doing business with Caris Midwest Aviation will be a big mistake on your part, written contract or no written contract.
