These people have called me twice saying they are a company called Quantum and work for the collection and appeals division of the state department of revenue as a tax resolution/negotiation firm. A quick lookup on the caller ID number led me here and to other sites. Obviously this is some slick talking marketing/phone phishing scam. \r
