I had to give it one star, but if I could I would give none!
I hope nobody falls into the trap like my husband and I did. This guy, Rudy, claimed to fix several issues we had with our A.C. unit over the course of two years. Yesterday it completely broke. My husband went to look at it and saw the work, or lack thereof, Rudy claimed he did.
The first time Rudy came out to work on our A.C. we had new parts that he needed to fix the issue. Rudy brought one other part we did not have. The part he brought was too big so he decided to take OUR NEW PARTS and replace them with old parts to make it all work. They looked about 15 yrs. old. We did not know that he did this at the time. Well that parts worked but only for a short while. My husband looked at the wiring and said this man just ""rigged"" it.
We were shocked. This guy stole form us. I left him several message but he has not called back. Of course he didn't!!!
Every time I would set up an appointment with him he would not show or call. It took him months to fix a single small issue. We stayed with him because he was cheap. Well, he can afford to be cheap because he seems to have stolen parts and uses them in other people's homes.
Oh, one other small issue, very funny. Rudy also does not know what ""noon"" means. I asked him to come to our house at noon one day. His response was: what time is that? Bhahahaha!!! I should have know then that we were in trouble.
NOBODY USE THIS GUY!!!! HE STOLE FROM US AND HAS LIED TO US!!!!
