If you plan on moving out of these apartments early (military waver) make sure that you take lots of pictures of the before and after you moved in. these people use moving out to deepen their pockets. I recently moved out of the apartment I was in and it was cleaner when I left than when I actually moved in,but when I received what I assumed to be my deposit. I was shocked to see that they were charging me for cleaning the apartment and walls. I even called to see what the meaning of that was and I was told basically that I was a liar because the maid had been with the complex for six years eventhough I have several witnesses who say that the apartment was in perfect condition when I left. By the way, ex-cons are the maintenance men on this property and they hardly evr leave notices that they have been in your apartment.
Pros: good neighborhood, gated community
Cons: slow service, small parking spaces, very small property, ran by liars
