Review content:
I have been his patient for about 2 years now. Dr. Paul Chang does truly not care for his patients. While his medical ethics is highly questionable, I do believe he can provide a speedy treatment (in my opinion, he gets rid of current patients ASAP for new clients). \r

There are quite a few things I absolutely HATE about his practice. The assistants are poorly qualified; mostly with terrible Viet accents. They always cause me to have blisters/sores in my mouth from the tools and wires. Yes, this happens almost every visit. I have also had another incident where my bracket came loose. During the re-attachment, the assistant dropped the bracket on the floor and wanted to put it directly back into my mouth. Are they even allowed to perform work on me if my othodonist is not present? They do not willingly change my rubberbands unless requested. Also, do not trust the office manager, that's his gold digger wife.\r
\r
I met Dr. Paul Chang when he was(is?) a contract type orthodontist at East-West Dental in Monterey Park. When I asked for a discount after my consultation, he secretly slipped me his business card to see him at private practice. All his forms, consent forms, etc. are all ""borrowed"" from East-West Dental.\r
\r
I tried to save a few bucks by choosing him. This is costing me a lot more than it should, especially if I have to hire an attorney soon.
Pros: Experience, I guess?
Cons: Sloppy work, poorly qualified assistants and staffs, parking, unethical, opens Wednesday and Saturdays only
