This is the best restaurant in town! Everything is great. The soups are to die for and many of them are vegan, but you'd never guess. The food is very fresh and tasty. The coffee is always good. I love going to Blu Jam on the weekends for brunch. Bring your own champagne and make your own mimosas. It won't cost you anything but the price of the oj. You can also bring your own beer and wine without any hassle. If anything, they encourage it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I have never felt rushed. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The owner, Kamil, has got to be the coolest guy around. He remembers everyone's names and is genuinely happy to see you. He also really cares about how you feel about the food. He's very passionate about what he does and makes sure you enjoy yourself. I wish all places were like this place.

Cons: moderate portions for the price, sometimes the soup is a bit cold, no alcohol for sale
