Review content:
I would never take my pets to this place again. The level of maturity and class of this place is on a level of its own. I took my dog in to have it groomed. My simple instructions were to trim her but dont take anything off the head. When i went to pick my dog up she was completly shaved!! I asked what happened and the lady who cut her said she had to shave her! Way to follow instructions!! So i then called later the next day to talk to the manger, come to find out the manager does not care once so ever! (if it was even the manager I talked to) She said she would let the owner know of the situation and get back to me a.s.a.p. Well finally a week later and after me calling and leaving a few more messages i finally got ahold of ""Tina"" the owner. I was very polite and told her the situation again. She then started making jokes and acting like a 8 year old and saying things like ""bring your dog back in and we will glue the hair back onto her head"", I was in complete shock that the ""OWNER"" of this place had an attitude and conducted business this way. I urge everyone who reads this to highly concider going else where.. Not to mention they dont seem to care one bit about your pet after you drop them off or about you after you pay them. Once again real classy ""Tina""!!
