Denise and Gladys are fantastic! The salon is clean, cute, and fresh: a gem in Portage Park. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as a special guest. Not only did Denise give me a hot new look, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. It is the attention to detail and high standard of customer service that sets HotMess above my previous Park Ridge salon. I was so happy with my experience that I sent my whole family there and everyone agrees that this is a great salon! Fabulous dog too!
