Review content:
My friend and I came here on July 28 about 8:15-8:30 pm after our movie. There were a few tables here and there but it wasn't busy. We waited for about 30 minutes before we can get our drinks and another 20 minutes before we get our orders in.
I ordered MISO MARINATED BLACK COD which is Pan fried and roasted black cod served with sweet corn and asparagus. ($15.95)
Pro: none
Con: 1. black cod was burnt, size was small more like 3x5 card cut in half.
2. black cod was cover in some sweet sauce that it was over power the taste of the fish. I can barely taste the fish.
3. corn was burnt and plain, not sweet at all.
4. asparagus was dry, and plain.
5. they give you 3 rice in a shape of half-dollar size with 1 inch thick.
Overall, worst dish.
My friend ordered the GARLIC SCALLOP WITH MUSHROOM - pan-sauteed Jumbo scallops topped with bacon served with a cluster of mushroom, fried onions, and a bowl of rice. ($15.95)
Pro: NONE
Con:
1. scallop wasn't jumbo size, when in the menu it said jumbo size
2. no bacon
3. there were more mushroom and fried onion than scallop
4. fried onion was dry.
5. taste was plain.
Nothing special about this dish either.
Overrall:
FIRST TIME AND WILL BE OUR LAST TIME HERE. I had better. If the food was excellent or at least good, I wouldn't complain about the price, but it over-price for ordinary food.
