We are so glad we did a quick search this morning for BEST BREAKFAST in Vegas. Not sure why Maple Tree isn't #1 (I have been to #1 & #2 and this place knocks the socks off the others!!!).\r \r I have to say, Maple Tree was down a waitress this SUNDAY morning, and quite honestly if the hostess had not informed me I would not have known. In a town where most servers take service for granted (as in NOT dishing it up readily), The Maple Tree's entire staff went out of their way to make everyone in the eatery comfortable and the portions ensured we were all WELL FED.\r \r Amen on the Maple Muffin, do not miss that when you go. We had the buckwheat pancakes which came with REAL Maple Syrup (damn!!!) and a Luck O The Irish omelet (double damn). This place is so great we've dubbed it our new weekly breakfast spot! Pros: service, food, off the toursit corridor Cons: small dining room, a little stuffy
