when you're dealing with the septic system its important to have a courteous and professional person coming to your house and helping you. Dave P from Wind River Environmental was very nice and polite. He showed me what was causing my concerns; did not talk down to me and greeted my children when he came into the house. I appreciate that. He offered me a product which I couldn't purchase on the date of the visit however he was very knowledgeable about what I could do to prevent the problem in the future. I am very happy with my experience with WRE.
