My rescued 17lbdog is a handful & won't let me cut nails. Sparky's sounded PERFECT. I KNEW he'd be difficult, had NO PROBLEMS when they said all went well but only cut nails on 1paw. They didn't want to push it-which I COMPLETELY appreciated. She told me to come everyfewdays to work up his tolerance-VERY nice. However as I was leaving, the groomer said they cut ONENAIL, not one paw. Once home, I realized they didn't trim ANY fur either. I'm not faulting Sparky's for not doing it. I TOTALLY RESPECT that they don't push him just to get job done. BUT such professional place should know what was & wasn't done and tell me so that I know. Teeth? Glands? I never got a report card. My appointment was first thing Saturday morning-not busy. Seems like this isn't norm, but y'all should know that they are human after all.
